About us:

  • Salford snow is a sports club for skiing and snowboarding! We love all things snow! Don’t worry if you’ve not got any previous experience as many of our members are beginners or have learnt with us through our lessons membership!
  • Weekly socials out and about in Manchester with exclusive drinks and club night deals through our partners!!! These are usually on a Wednesday or Thursday.
  • We participate in some race days and have the one team for them, no tryouts, anyone who wants to give it a go can!
  • Every year we go for a WEEK trip abroad to the mountains!! Previous destinations have been Avoriaz and Pas de la Casa. This usually includes lots of slope action, Apres and themed nights out!! It’s a lot of fun even if you choose not to participate in the nights out, it’s unforgettable!

 

Training:

  • Every other week we go to Chill Factore, an indoor slope facility in Trafford, to practice. This will usually happen on a Wednesday or Thursday 8 – 10PM, whichever day the social isn’t on! There is a coach that will pick us up from peel park campus at 6:30 to take us straight there. This costs £15 each session (coach travel, lift pass and rental), and you have to be a member to come.
