Improving your student experience through Student Life Pulse insight
University of Salford Students’ Union is committed to an inclusive and healthy university community where every student knows they matter. To help us reach this goal, we are proud members of Student Life Pulse, an online survey used by Students’ Unions across the UK, representing the views of over 20,000 students each year.
What is Student Life Pulse?
Student Life Pulse is an insight survey which tracks the experience of our students throughout the academic year. Between October and June, you will receive an email inviting you to take part by completing the online survey. You will only receive the invite in one month so make sure you take the opportunity to give your views and have your voice heard.
We want to hear from as many students as possible, whatever their experience or knowledge of the Students’ Union is - every view matters.
The benefit to you of taking part
We know your time is valuable and that’s why students who take part will be up for the chance to win an iPad as a thank you for taking part.
Student Life Pulse helps us plan the services and support we offer you. Every student who takes part is helping to improve the university experience for themselves and other students.
Your personal data is safe
Alterline, an independent research agency, is our partner for this survey. Alterline follows all guidelines for data privacy and security. It only has enough information about you to conduct the research. Any information you disclose will be treated in the strictest confidence, and the results are anonymised, so no answers are attributable to any individuals. You can read their General Data Protection Policy (GDPR).
